Creator of Australian based business Timber Assembly, Paul Bellofiore began as a qualified carpenter doing general construction. In his spare time he was building furniture for friends and family. He quickly realised the demand and began making furniture for the general public. Now he makes all sorts of furniture from timber vanities to kitchens.
When Paul discovered SmartBench he was over the moon with the potential of the machine. He uses it mainly for building vanity carcass, templates and table top cuts. Paul says the main benefit of SmartBench is "it’s brought a lot more of [my] work in house rather than relying on suppliers/other contractors." As a novice CNC operator, Paul was most impressed with the "general ease of operation" and if asked to describe SmartBench in three words he would use "easy to use".
